Cool property with amazingly nice staff and magnificent location close to all within minutes from the Central Bus stop. Location very close to the bus station & lot of parking place as well as next to the light trail station.

Liked how well-organised and beautifully kept the property was. The breakfast was freshly cooked, variety of good food. Location: the hotel was adjacent to city center and Israeli market and the bus station and Jerusalem's main artery. I was happy to find Ima, it was not too far from the property and served nice food. All the services were excellent.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the central station and is in walking distance to major attractions, shopping centers, and public transport. The staff is helpful, and the rooms come with basic amenities.

The cleanliness needs improvement, and guests have reported unclean sheets, insufficient toilet paper, and even glass in their food.

During my stay at Caesar Premier in Jerusalem, I was impressed by the convenient location of the hotel. Being within walking distance of the central bus station and the Jerusalem market made exploring the city incredibly easy. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the light rail station allowed for seamless travel to Ben Yehuda st and the old city. The hotel's service was excellent, with organized and efficient staff who provided top-notch service. I had a great experience at Caesar Premier and would highly recommend it.

Excellent staff. Clean and friendly, very helpful staff, especially lady on the desk who went the extra mile to help us contact Yad Sarah to sort out a wheel chair. The hotel is next to Jaffa street and the Tram gives easy access to easy access to city centre and old city.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was extremely impressed with my experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the bedroom with new linen etc. was a pleasure. Breakfast was excellent as was the attention.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and with easy access to the main bus station. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a sitting area, air conditioning, and a safe. The restaurant at this place served delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff at the reception desk was always available to assist us with any questions or requests we had. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

The proximity to the old city of jerusalem, ali and mike, the managers of the dining room were incredibly helpful and friendly, giving all sorts of tips and helps..they went way beyond the call of duty and need to be commended and appreciated...the lounge area made it possible to get together with others in our group without being all cramped up in one room...evening staff always willing to supply wine glasses, corkscrew etc....desk staff very helpful and informative...

The ad online at Booked.net advertised your roof top pool..was very disappointing to arrive and find it not in operation and to be told that you don't even advertise your pool....the housekeeping of our room left us a bit disappointed...

Due to a lot of excursions, it was noisy.
